The board received the proposed amended bylaw changing the landscape maintenance schedule from weekly to biweekly. Coleen signed the amendment and had it notarized on January 28; the document was emailed to RealManage on January 30.

It will need to be mailed to all homeowners between 10 and 20 days prior to the date of the next board meeting, where it will be adopted during an open session to comply with Section 82.070 of the Texas Property Code
